design, fast prototyping, and microfabrication of MEMS,
NEMS, BioMEMS, microfluidic structures, microoptical and
microacoustical devices, biological and chemical sensors, integrated
actuators, and application specific integrated circuits (ASIC). Our
professional team provides cleanroom services to industry and
university. Our Class-10 cleanroomfacility has extensive capability for
processing of 3-, 4-, 5-, and6-inch wafers. We work with silicon,
glass, ferroelectric, piezoelectric, piezoresistive, and ion-conducting
