NJIT hosts career fairs during the fall and spring semesters. Employers have access to a diverse group of students from a broad range of academic majors and degree levels who are seeking full-time, part-time, co-op, internship and summer positions.
- Recruit a variety of students and alumni who major in multiple disciplines from New Jersey’s science and technology university
- Participants consistently rate this event as the best organized career fair with the best hiring outcomes in the NJ/NY metro area
- Recruit students for co-ops, internships, summer jobs, and near graduates and experienced alumni for full-time opportunities
- Regular participants include: ADP, Audible, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Colgate-Palmolive, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ericsson, Getinge, GrubHub, Johnson & Johnson, Liberty Science Center, L’Oreal, Merck & Company, NASA, Optum, Parette Somjen Architects, Prudential, PSEG, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Stryker, TCS, Turner Construction, Verizon, UPS, NAVAIR, other government and small to medium sized companies.

Registration Fees
Corporate Standard Space- Registration Fee: $750.00 early registration up to December 14, 2018, thereafter $850.00
Fee includes:
- One 6’ X 3’ table for 2 recruiters
- Company listing online.
Additional:
- $100 Electrical Outlet (if available)
- $100 for each additional recruiter beyond 2. (Maximum of 4 recruiters per table)

Government/Nonprofit- Registration Fee: $375.00 up to December 14, 2018, thereafter $425.00.
Fee includes:
- One 6’ X 3’ table for 2 recruiters
- Organization listing on our website and in the career fair directory through the Handshake system and mobile app.
Additional:
- $100 Electrical Outlet (if available)
- $100 for each additional recruiter beyond 2. (Maximum of 4 recruiters per table)

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to angel.cruz@njit.edu. Cancellations received after Monday, January 14, 2019 will receive a refund minus $100.00 administrative fee.
No refunds will be made after Friday, February 1, 2019. Please note that submission of an NJIT career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees.
Registered organizations not attending the career fair are responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
