Career Fair Agenda/Display Information

Each company's exact table location will be posted online one week before the fair. 

Display Space
Each registered employer is provided two chairs and a single 6’ x 3’ table to display materials. All displays must fit on the six foot table. 

Electric Outlets
Access to tables in proximity to electrical outlet must be requested.  A $100 additional fee is charged.

Extension Cords/Laptops/Audio Presentations
Employers granted table placements near electrical outlets are requested to bring own extension cord of at least 12 feet to ensure connection to the nearest power supply.  We also suggest you bring a back-up battery for any laptop you plan to use.  To facilitate conversation for everyone, audio presentations are not permitted.

Scheduling On-Campus Interviews with Candidates from the Career Fair
As an added service to Career Fair participants, we can assist you in scheduling full or half-day interviews with NJIT students/alumni that you meet at the Fair.  Please contact Casey Hennessey at 973.596.3219 or e-mail chenness@njit.edu to reserve an on-campus recruiting date.  Advantages of on-campus recruiting include:
