NJIT offers Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for our historically underrepresented employees to help create and sustain belonging, engagement and support on campus. Employee-led and institutionally supported, these ERGs are designed to bring identity-like employees at NJIT for community building, networking, support, and address inequities at NJIT that impact underrepresented populations. Launching in the spring 2023 semester, the following ERGs are available to our employees:
Asian American Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group
Black/African American Employee Resource Group
Hispanic/Latino Employee Resource Group
LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group
Women Employee Resource Group
