The Environmental Science and Engineering Program (ESEP) is a four-week program designed to provide post-4th grade students with an introduction to environmental science and engineering.
This program will give students an opportunity to enhance their mathematics, science, and technological academic achievement, develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and learn about the importance of environmental concerns and the responsibility we each have to ensure a clean and safe environment for future generations.
Through classroom discussions, hands-on laboratory experimentation, computer activities, and field trips, participants are introduced to environmental engineering concepts and their application to everyday life, as well as advanced mathematics, computer applications, language arts, and communications.
Modules in standardized test preparation are included in all programs to prepare students for the NJSLA, PSAT, ACT and SAT.
