New Jersey Institute of Technology Hosts Free Public Concert
November 30, 2004
New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) will host a free public concert on Dec. 8 featuring musical groups from NJIT, Rutgers-Newark, Essex County College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). The concert is scheduled for 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. in the Jim Wise Theatre at NJIT’s Kupfrian Hall, just north of the intersection of Warren and Summit Streets. The concert is open to the public and parking is available.

In the latest example of institutional collaboration proposed by the presidents of New Jersey’s research universities and envisioned by Gov. James E. McGreevey, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) have announced a new dual-degree program.
