Kay Etzler, program analyst, National Institutes of Health (NIH), will provide an introduction to and overview of the Small Business Innovation Research and the Small Business Technology Transfer programs with a focus on the NIH at a half-day seminar on Oct. 21, 8:30 a.m.-12 noon, Enterprise Development Center III, Room 407.
