Our nation has become very conscious of the fragility of the environment, not only in the United States but also worldwide.  Public awareness has grown of the effects of how we go about daily living.  This awareness by the public coupled with advances in science has led to efforts to develop a pattern of resource use aimed at meeting human needs while preserving the environment.  Much has been written about how to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.  The explosion of information is linked to what is now termed the “green” movement.  Career Development Services has assembled a variety of career-related sources for students/alumni, employers, and anyone who has an interest in sustainability and renewable resources.
