




Single rooms are $3,695 per semester, and are available only to upper-class students based on room-selection criteria and processes.
Double Rooms:
Cypress Hall, Laurel Hall, Oak Hall are $ 3,165 per semester. Redwood Hall double rooms are $2,980 per semester.
Triple Rooms:
Triple rooms are $3,165 per semester. Designated triple rooms will receive a $500 credit after the fifth week of the fall semester only. (If you move out of a triple room before the fifth week, the $500 credit will be prorated.)
Twelve-Month Housing Contracts:
Full-year contracts are available for an additional $1,000 per semester

Dinners are all-you-can-eat meals. Flex dollars can be used in the dining room for breakfast and lunch, the Highlander Club, Leafs and Grains, Tech Café, the Sandwich Shoppe, Hershey's Ice Cream Shoppe, or Starbucks.
Meal Plans for Commuter Students
If you’re a commuter student, you can elect to have a meal plan, the Commuter Meal Plan ($500 for 550 flex dollars) or simply place money in your account. You must pay for this option at the bursar’s office and then take the receipt to the gourmet dining service office in the Campus Center.
