STEMx Residency
The STEMx Residency High School Program is a three-week immersive experience designed for current 10th- and 11th-grade students interested in advanced STEM learning. Throughout the program, students engage in intensive, week-long academic experiences focused on Applied Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainable Engineering and the Environment. Instruction is delivered in partnership with, and in many cases exclusively by, NJIT faculty who are subject matter experts in their respective fields.
The STEMx Residency experience includes an on-campus residential component, with students residing at NJIT Sunday through Friday each week. Students arrive on campus Sundays at 4:00 PM and return home Fridays at 4:00 PM, allowing them to fully engage in the residential experience while spending weekends at home.
