Where can I drop or add a course?
You can drop or add a course either through computer Self-registration , or by going to the Registrar's Office located in the Student Mall beneath the parking deck. Be sure to adhere to the stipulated deadlines.

Where can I go if I need counseling or just someone to talk to?
The Counseling Center, located in Campbell Hall first floor, has trained professionals to assist you with your concerns. You can make an appointment by calling (973) 596-3414. The Stop-In Center provides peer support by student counselors.

Where should I go if I have a complaint and think something should be done about it?
First, speak with the person, department, or office with which you have the complaint. If you are not satisfied with the response, contact the Dean of Student Services Office in Campus Center, room 255 at (973) 596-3466.

How can I find out what activities are going on today?

You can find out what activities are taking place on campus by  referring to the Activities Calendar printed and distributed by the Campus Center every month.  You can also find out what’s going on by contacting the Campus Center Information Desk at (973) 596-3605.

What should I do if my address has changed?

If your address changes, you should contact the Registrar's Office for a Change of Address Form.  The Registrar's Office is located in the Student Mall beneath the parking deck and can be reached at  (973) 596-3236.

Who is my advisor ?

To find out who your advisor is, contact the Dean of Freshman Studies Office, located in Campus Center, room 280, at (973) 596-2981.  If you are not a freshman, contact your academic department.

Where can I get help if I or someone I know has an alcohol problem or drug problem?

The Counseling Center, located on the first floor of Campbell Hall, has trained professionals who can help you with your concerns, and their services are confidential.  You can contact the Counseling Center at (973) 596-3414.

What should I do if I need an ambulance?

Call Public Safety at (973) 596-3111 or dial 911.  If you are in the residence halls, you should also contact your Resident Assistant or other staff.

Where can I reserve athletic facilities and equipment?

To reserve athletic equipment or facilities, including the field, contact the Gym's front desk at (973) 596-5730.  To reserve the green and the volleyball court, contact the Campus Center at (973) 596-3601.

Where is the nearest bank?

The closest bank is Wells Fargo located at 550 Broad Street.  For general information the branch number is (973) 565-3613.  There is an ATM machine located outside the Public Safety Office in the parking facility and at Rutgers-Newark in the lower level of the Robeson Center.

What should I do if my bill from the college is incorrect?

Bus and train schedules are available at the Campus Center Information Desk or in the Stop-In Center, located on the lower level of the Campus Center.
