Order of Omega

The National Order of Omega is an honor society for fraternity and sorority members. Members are selected based on character, scholarship, participation in the Greek community and service to the university and the at large Newark community. Students who have completed 60 credits or more, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher are eligible to apply for membership. Membership in The Order is based on an application process and is limited to 3% of the entire Greek community. A one-time membership fee of $60 is assessed at the time of initiation. The Xi Pi Chapter at NJIT has inducted 87 members into the Order of Omega since its beginning, January 25th, 1995.  The NJIT chapter inducts members at the end of each Fall and Spring semester.  You can download your Order of Omega Membership Application or pick up your form from the Office of Greek Life or the Campus Center Information Desk.
