NJIT Procurement Director Selected to NCMA Board of Advisors

Dolcey Chaplin, Esq., director of NJIT’s Defense Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), has been chosen as a member of the National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA) official board of advisors.  The board of advisors provides executive-level counsel to the national officers of NCMA on issues of importance to the contract management profession and consists of senior executives who represent a cross section of the profession, including the public sector (federal, state, and local government), the private sector (industry and professional firms), accredited educational institutions and/or other recognized training establishments, and select individuals retired from such organizations.  Chaplin was also a speaker at the recent NCMA event, "Professional Development in an Unknown Environment" held at Picatinny with virtual conferencing of ACC-NJ Ft. Dix associates. Chaplin focused on business development and addressed the current small business climate, as it relates to large prime contractors and the federal government.
