Celebrating Muslims in Newark - An Invitation to Participate

Members of the NJIT community are invited to audition for "Muslim Voices," celebrating the Muslim experience in Newark as part of highlighting 350 years of the city's history and vibrantly diverse cultural heritage.

The presenters are seeking actors for diverse casting to read excerpts from Muhammad Ali, Maya Angelou and others, with readings available upon request or at the audition. #MUSLIMVOICESNEWARK

Auditions are Saturday, November 19, 12 – 6 p.m. and Sunday, November 20, 2 – 6 p.m. at Rutgers-Newark, Ackerson Hall, Room 106, 180 University Avenue (one block from Central Avenue, corner of Bleeker Street.)

RSVP by 5 p.m. Friday, November 18 to ZAINPHD@GMAIL.COM

There will be a special rehearsal at the Newark Museum on Saturday, November 26, 12 – 5 p.m.
