You might know that the NJIT Board of Trustees, the legal governing body of the university appointed by the Governor with advice and consent of the New Jersey State Senate, meets six times per fiscal year, generally on a Thursday.  The schedule of meetings is posted on the NJIT Board of Trustees web site at http://www.njit.edu/about/boards/trustees/index.php.

The Board meets in public session, in the Board Room of Eberhardt Hall, at 11:00 am of the meeting day.  Meeting materials for the public session are generally posted on the Board web site, http://www.njit.edu/about/boards/trustees/index.php, one to two weeks in advance of the meeting. There is opportunity to make comments at the public session as per the Board’s “Procedures for Public Participation” posted on the Board web site.

The first meeting of the academic year is Thursday, September 20, 11:00 am, in the Board Room of Eberhardt Hall.
