We had anticipated that the Governor's Commission on Health, Science and Education would release its report this week. However, due to the recent events tied to the November election, and the importance of the report for higher education, the release and distribution of the report has now been postponed. At this point, we anticipate that the report would be released and made available next week. We will be in a position to comment on the report once it is released and we have had an opportunity to review it carefully and assess its findings.

We will continue to work with New Jersey leaders and members of the higher education community in anticipation of the report's release. As recently as last week, constructive discussions were held with the Chairperson of the Governor's Commission regarding the report's implications for NJIT and the structure of higher education in New Jersey. I will continue to keep you posted as the report becomes finalized and its release approaches.
