Candidates will be expected to perform published research, teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and contribute to university and department service.

The applicants should have a PhD (or expect to receive one by summer 2013) in Computer Science or a related field. The applicant should have a demonstrated potential for original research, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and expertise/familiarity with building software for large-scale computer systems.
At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be excepted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
