Reservations for the facility must be scheduled through the Office of Special Events, located on the third floor of Eberhardt Hall NJIT Alumni Center, or by calling 973-596-5625 during University operating hours.

 Space will be allocated according to availability. The Director of Special Events must approve all reservations. Only members of the NJIT University Club can schedule a reservation. The member who has made the reservation is to follow all policies as outlined in the Eberhardt Hall NJIT Alumni Center Policy Manual.
