Can I just register for lunch?
Yes! You can just purchase a ticket for lunch for $30 if you do not want to attend anything else.
Where can I park?
Parking will be on a first-come/first-served basis. You will be able to park in the Parking Deck. (NJIT Parking Deck, 154 Summit St, Newark, NJ 07102)
What is Early Bird registration?
Early Bird registration is the opportunity to purchase your tickets at a discounted rate. Early Bird registration closes Monday, May 1st.
Is there a parking map?
Yes. Please follow this link for a map of the parking lots.
What is the dress code for all the events?
For all events except for the Cocktails and Dinner, please dress comfortably according to the weather. It is recommended to dress in cocktail attire for the Cocktail and Dinner.
Will there be transportation on campus?
Golf carts will be readily available to provide transportation between major events on campus.
Is there a refund policy?
The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is five (5) business days before Friday, May 26. Registration cancelations received prior to the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund. Cancelations after this date cannot be issued a refund.
