





George Scoullos is a junior majoring in mechanical engineering. He was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and spent most of his life in Athens, Greece. He graduated from Saint Lawrence High School in 2005. Ever since then he has been in New Jersey. At NJIT he is involved with ASME and Student Activities Council. He is a Connections Miniversty Cluster Coordinator and looks forward to introducing the freshmen to NJIT.Major/Graduation Year:

NJIT is one of the best universities for Engineering in the eastern United States
Why Mechanical Engineering?
I have always been interested in how things work, especially mechanical devices such and engines and other machines
What do you like best at NJIT?
NJIT has many things to offer, such as a variety of student clubs and organizations. It also has a very small student to teacher ratio, and small classrooms.
Why Connections Miniversity?
I believe it’s very important for college freshmen to have good connections in the freshmen class. College can be a very scary place. But if you know the right people, it can be very exciting.
