Welcome to Highlander Country!

Welcome to New Jersey Institute of Technology, Home of the Highlanders. We are excited to have you join our university community this coming semester.  In order to make your introduction to college life as successful and well rounded as possible, you will be participating in Connections Miniversity (CMV). CMV is a two-day interactive orientation program designed to help new students get a head start on their future at NJIT.

During your stay, you will have a chance to talk with your academic advisor, take your picture for your official NJIT ID card, and meet other new students within your college.  In addition, you will learn about NJIT traditions, explore the college campus, find out about university clubs, organizations, programs and events, and sample life in one of the University’s residence halls.

Refer to the Connections Miniversity links to the left to help you navigate the summer months and help you prepare for your orientation session.
