AGEP The AGEP Program is designed to develop and implement innovative models for recruiting, mentoring, and retaining minority students in doctoral programs. The program also develops effective strategies for identifying and supporting underrepresented minorities who want to pursue academic careers.
GEM The GEM Fellowship awards minority students fellowships to pursue a Masters in Engineering, the Ph.D. in Engineering or the Ph.D. in the natural sciences.

McNair Achievement The McNair Program assists academically talented minority first-generation undergraduate students to pursue Ph.D. degrees after they obtain their baccalaureate degrees.
Non-Service Fellowships Private, state, federal, or foundation awards that do not require service to NJIT may supplement service-based awards.
Presidential Fellows Full-time students, supporting under-represented groups; doctoral preparation
Project 1000 Project 1000 is designed to assist underrepresented students applying to graduate school. The program supports arts and sciences, engineering, public health and most fields within education.
