Twelve-month housing contracts, covering winter and summer breaks, cost an extra $1,200 per semester (totaling $2400.00) and end July 31 if not renewing your housing contract. Contract changes are due by December 31 each year. Rates are updated for the upcoming academic year by the end of July, beginning of August.
