The Department of Institutional Access provides oversight for the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services (OARS) and ensures the university’s compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies that prohibit discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or veteran status in all employment practices, educational programs, and activities.  This includes but is not limited to: Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
