Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), or national origin. It also protects individuals from retaliation for filing a complaint or participating in an investigation.

  • Training, professional development, and evaluation
