Room Selection - Fall 2026 - Spring 2027
The Current Student Room Selection season has started. Current NJIT students interested in living on campus for the Fall 2026- Spring 2027 academic year are encouraged to apply and participate in the room selection process.
The housing application opens on February 23, 2026 via the MyHousing Portal. Students interested in participating in the room selection process must apply by March 2, 2026. Applications received after March 2nd will be processed after the entire room selection process has concluded on April 2, 2026.
Note, students who submit a housing application are signing a binding contract and are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Please read the terms and conditions of the 2026-2027 Housing Contract HERE.

The 2026-2027 housing and dining plan rates are not confirmed and posted until mid-July. However, there is an anticipated 3-7% increase from the current 2025-2026 housing and dining plan rates. Please view projected rates HERE.
