Our office is located in the basement of the Parking Deck. The area is referred to as the Student Service Mall because it houses the Registrar’s Office, the Office of Student Financial Aid Services, and the Bursar’s Office.

During a regular Fall and Spring Semester:
Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday CLOSED
During Winter Session and when school is not in session:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
During the Summer Session June to mid-August
Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
July 2nd and 9th 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

You can visit the office to make payment on your account if you are paying with a check, money order or cash only. For your convenience, you may make payment on-line using your Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express card. Please note: A non-refundable service fee of 2.75% will be added to every credit card transaction. We no longer accept credit cards in person for payments to your student account. You may also pay by electronic check (E-check). This option is a no-fee alternative which directly debits your personal checking or savings account in 2-3 business days.
Want to make a payment in person after we're closed? No problem, you may drop your payment off in our Drop Box located directly in front of the Cashier's Office. It's the silver box mounted flush on the brick wall. Please include your NJIT ID on the check for proper credit to your account.
Our office processes all your payments for tuition and fees, housing and meal payments, parking decals, parking fines, transcripts, ID card replacements, and more.
