Our office is located in the basement of the Parking Deck. The area is referred to as the Student Service Mall because it houses the Registrar’s Office, the Office of Student Financial Aid Services, and the Bursar’s Office.

Monday, Thursday and Friday    8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday and Wednesday           8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

You can visit the office to make payment on your account if you are paying with a check, money order or cash only.  For your convenience, you may make payment on-line using your Master Card, Discover, or American Express card.  Please note:  A non-refundable service fee of 2.75% will be added to every credit card transaction. We no longer accept credit cards in person for payments to your student account. You may also pay by electronic check (E-check).  This option is a no-fee alternative which directly debits your personal checking or savings account.  Just follow all the necessary prompts via MyNJIT (aka Highlander Pipeline).

Our office processes all your payments for tuition and fees, housing and meal payments, parking decals, parking fines, transcripts, ID card replacements, and more.
