How much is the Tuition?
The current tuition and fee rates for undergraduate and graduate students is available in our course catalog.

How do I pay my bill?
You can either pay online through Highlander Pipeline using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  You may also wire transfer funds to NJIT.  (Read this PDF on wire transfers.)

Or you can mail a check or money order to the following address:

P.O. Box 18084
Newark, NJ 07191-8084

Please put your NJIT-ID number on your check or money order. This is for your benefit to do so. This makes certain we credit the correct account with your payment.

What's my NJIT-ID?  How can I get it?
You can find your NJIT-ID at help.njit.edu.

Do I have to pay my bill all at once?
No, you may take advantage of our deferred payment plan.  You pay one-half of your invoice, plus any balance owing from a prior bill, plus a $50.00 fee by the due date shown on your invoice.  The second and final payment is due approximately 8 weeks into the semester.

You can also contact Academic Management Services to set up an annual payment plan.
Currently, they charge a fee of $ 55.00 to set up a payment plan.  You budget your tuition and fees, room and board for the year. You make 10 monthly payments to AMS. That way you can make your tuition and fee payments smaller and adjust your personal budget to make payment easier.

Sign up on the AMS website or contact them via phone at 1-800-635-0120.
