Students may waive (decline) the NJIT health insurance coverage by certifying that they have equivalent insurance coverage. 

To waive the NJIT health insurance, please complete the online Insurance Waiver Card NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 18, 2012.

Please keep a record of the confirmation number you are given for future reference.  The reversal of the student health insurance premium will be reflected on the student account on the following business day.

For new students enrolling for the first time as of Spring semester 2013, the waiver deadline date is FEBRUARY 7, 2013.
