The Wellness Wheel Exercise
The 8 dimensions of wellness are interconnected. An imbalance in one area may prevent an individual from attaining their optimal state of well-being. The wellness wheel is a visual tool that allows an individual to identify areas in their life in which they are thriving and the areas that may need some attention.
Take the Wellness Wheel Challenge to understand where you are thriving and the areas that could use some attention. Simply print a copy of the wellness wheel and follow the instructions. Meet with a Peer Coach to review your wellness wheel and formulate a plan of action. The activity may also be done independently.
