Completion and Formal Opening

A Brownfields project may be considered successfully redeveloped after construction is complete, ownership and leasing transactions are finalized, and the property is occupied and operating as its planned reuse.

Managing a Project

If the property is a large-scale redevelopment, the formal opening may be signified by an event in which brokers, neighbors, and elected officials are invited to view the completed property and celebrate the completion of the construction phase of the project.
