Students Ordering Enrollment and Graduation Certification Letters:

Send a written request to have a certification of enrollment letter prepared to Margaret Minter at the address noted above.

Please include the following items:

• Your Name, Soc Sec number or Student ID,
• Date of Birth and Dates of attendance.
• The information you would like included in the letter.
• The address where you would like the letter mailed.
• The name of the person or office who will receive the letter.

Please allow 10 working days to process your request.

Rush/Emergency Service
Immediate certifications can be obtained via the National Student Loan Clearinghouse website.  The cost for this service is $2.50 payable via credit card.

Credit Card Companies
For verification of enrollment for students who have applied for student credit cards and have authorized the release of enrollment information.

Travel Companies
For verification of enrollment for students who have applied for discounted student travel and have authorized the release of enrollment information.

Consumer Product Companies
For verification of enrollment for students who have applied for student discounts when purchasing computers, books, etc., and have authorized the release of enrollment information.

Employers
For verification of enrollment for students who have applied for or have obtained employment based on their status as an enrolled student and have authorized the release of enrollment information.

Health Insurance Companies
For verification of enrollment for students who have applied for or have obtained health insurance based on their status as an enrolled student and have authorized the release of enrollment information.

Veteran's Certification

Veterans and members of the New Jersey National Guard must contact Ms. Minter and complete a Veteran's Certification Form if they are eligible for benefits and wish utilize them during the semester.
