NJIT Career Fairs
NJIT Career Fairs are offered in both the Fall and Spring with regular participation of 240 employers and nearly 3,000 students seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships. Recruit top talent from NJIT, one of the nation's leading and most diverse public polytechnic universities, recently named #42 Top Public Universities Nationally by the U.S. News and World Report. Due to severe weather conditions, the Spring 2026 Career Fair has been postponed from February 25th. In place of the planned event, Career Development Services will be offering the following options:
NJIT Spring 2026 Virtual Career Fair Wednesday, March 11th 12:00 – 4:00 PM

This Spring 2026 semester, we are excited to provide a virtual option for connecting with NJIT candidates for professional full-time, internship, or co-op opportunities. The Handshake virtual career fair platform allows multiple team members to participate in targeted 1:1 and group virtual meetings with NJIT students and alumni. A full guide is provided here.
Standard Registration Includes:
- Participation of multiple representatives from your organization in virtual schedules of targeted 1:1 and group meetings.
Event Sponsor Add-on Includes:
- Promotion through a targeted email blast to students
- Inclusion of the organization logo in email announcements to students
- Prime selection of on-campus information sessions and interview dates before and after the fair
Premium Event Sponsor Add-on Includes:
- Promotion through a targeted email blast to students
- Inclusion of the organization logo on social media posts, and in email announcements to students
- Prime selection of on-campus information sessions and interview dates before and after the fair
- Inclusion in the "NJIT Sponsor" Handshake collection for all of 2026 for added visibility

Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payment Deadlines: Registrations must be paid by March 9th.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be emailed to cds@njit.edu by March 5th for a refund. No refunds will be issued after that point
- Registrant Responsibility: Submission of an NJIT career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees. Registered organizations who do not attend the career fair are responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.

NJIT Spring 2026 On-Campus Career Fair Tuesday, April 7th 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM

This Spring 2026 semester, we are excited to once again host an in-person career fair here at our Newark, NJ campus. This event is an excellent opportunity to gain access to a diverse group of students from a broad range of academic majors and degree levels who are seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships.
Standard Registration Includes:
- Participation of 2 representatives from your organization (with optional add-on of up to 3 additional representatives)
- 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs for the duration of the event
- Parking, shuttle service, and lunch included
Event Sponsor Add-on Includes:
- Prime table location at the event.
- Inclusion of the organization logo on the flyer, the event's big screen, and the printed directory.
- Priority selection of information session and interview dates before and after the fair.
- Opportunity to participate in the career fair workshops leading up to the event.
- Preferred on-campus parking.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payment Deadlines: Registrations must be paid by April 1st.
