2024-2025 Important Deadlines

August 28, 2024: Fall bills due
September 17, 2024: Fall 2024 Financial Aid Disbursement
December 12, 2024: Last day to apply for financial aid for Winter Session
December 21, 2024: Last day to originate a Fall only loan
January 15, 2025: Spring bills due
February 4, 2025: Spring 2025 Financial Aid Disbursement
March 1, 2025: 2025-2026 FAFSA filing priority deadline
April 15, 2025: Submit requested documents to Student Financial Aid Services for priority processing for 2025-2026
May 1, 2025: Tuition deposits due for students entering in the Fall 2025
May 16, 2025: Last day to originate a Spring only loan
Summer 2025 First Session Financial Aid Disbursement: TBA
Last day to apply for financial aid for Summer Session: TBA

2024-2025 HESAA Deadlines for State Aid

June 1, 2024: FAFSA filing deadline (New Jersey TAG renewal applicants for Fall and Spring terms)
September 15, 2024: FAFSA filing deadline (New Jersey TAG first-time applicants and all EOF students for Fall and Spring terms)
October 1, 2024: Fall 2023 NJFAMS task completion
February 15, 2025: FAFSA filing deadline (TAG renewal and first-time applicants for Spring term only)
March 1, 2025: Spring 2024 NJFAMS task completion
