Human Resources & Finance systems which will be sunset as of July 1st, 2026

Transition to Workday

In addition to Banner Finance and HR, there are several systems that will no longer be active and whose functionality will be replaced by Workday. 

Impacted HR systems include:

  • PerformYard*: employee performance evaluations (not including faculty/instructional staff) will be done in Workday
  • Cornerstone: all recruitment (including student employee recruitment) will be done in Workday

Impacted Finance systems include:

  • ChromeRiver*: expense reimbursements will now be done in Workday
  • Contractflow: all contracts and agreements will be done in Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS)
  • eMerchant: except for Punchout catalog items, eMerchant will no longer be used

*Historical data from these systems will still be accessible for viewing, but not for transactions.
