We will have a section of Nexus, the Workday Knowledge Base, dedicated solely to Workday resources: How-to documents, short videos, long form training decks.
With a simple search, you can easily find answers to some of the most common questions and tasks.
What kind of help will be offered July 1 and after?
For the initial post-deployment period, in-person and Zoom office hours will be held to assist with the initial adjustment to Workday. Following this hypercare period, help is always accessible via Nexus and our IST ServiceDesk.
