NJIT Faculty & Staff,

As part of the search for NJIT’s next President, we invite members of our community to participate in upcoming listening sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to share your perspectives on the priorities, challenges, opportunities, and leadership qualities that will be most important for NJIT’s next President. Your feedback will help our search partner, WittKieffer, refine the presidential profile and inform the recruitment and evaluation of candidates throughout the search process.

Listening sessions will be held for the following groups:

Faculty & Lecturers:
Friday, October 9, 2026 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Staff:
Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

We encourage you to attend a session and share your thoughts on what NJIT should be looking for in its next President to support the university’s continued success. If you are unable to attend a session or would like to provide additional feedback, we invite you to share your thoughts through this survey.

Thank you for your participation in this important process and to everyone who has contributed to the search thus far. We are honored to serve as co-chairs and are committed to conducting a rigorous and inclusive search that identifies an exceptional leader for NJIT’s next chapter.

Sincerely,

Search Co-Chairs
