The University, including Residence Life Offices, is closed from December 25, 2024 - January 1, 2025. For assistance, contact your building's front desk (Greek Village: Martinson Hall) to reach the RA/CA on duty.

Students not Returning to Housing for Spring 2025 (only those approved for graduation or withdrawals from NJIT)
Complete an official check out or express check out by Sunday, December 22, 2024 @ 12pm.
You may pick up an Express Check out envelope in your building office or you may schedule a check out time with your RA.
Students with approved cancellations who need an extension to move out, please see your building Coordinator by December 6, 2024
24 Hour Quiet Begins on December 11, 2024 @ 10:00pm through December 22, 2024 @ 12pm
1st offense: Judicial meeting with the building supervisor within 24 hours (The judicial meeting will take place at 4:00pm each day (not including weekends) in the supervisors office)
2nd offense: Removal from housing for the remainder of the exam period.
Confiscated Items - may be picked up before residents leave by December 22, 2024 @ 12pm. Any items not retrieved by January 15th will be donated or discarded.
