Provost Advisory Cluster Committee for Graduate Programs (PAC-2)
The charge of the Provost Advisory Cluster Committee for Graduate Programs (PAC-2) is to discuss input and feedback from the NJIT community on individual and organizational strategic needs, objectives, accomplishments and growth towards the shared vision to become a preeminent public polytechnic research university with local and global impact. The committee will also review the current NJIT 2025 Strategic Plan – Priority Student to advise on strategic objectives with key results (OKRs) and goals with respect to graduate programs, specifically PhD programs. The committee will recommend specific strategies, actions and assessment plans with resources needed for implementing the institutional needs and advise on specific strategic actions to achieve target objectives in the priority area of graduate programs and student success.
