  • Sophomore-Seniors: All residential communities
  • Graduate Students: Oak (closed from Fall 2025-Spring 2027), Maple, Non-Affiliated Greek Village houses, Laurel Hall & Talbott Hall

Single Room Availability

Single rooms are unlikely for new students.  

Transfer & Graduate Wait List                 

Transfer/graduate students may be added to a wait list, prioritized by distance, application date, and need.

First-Year Housing Priority

Apply by May 1st to avoid the wait list.  Late applicants are prioritized by distance and need

Transfer/Graduate assignments will be emailed via NJIT email mid-July or January 

First Year Room Selection

Online room selection will take place during the summer, with more details posted on our website in May.
