eShip Global shipment options
Information about eShip Global purchasing a shipping label for documents mailed from the OGI.
To request a document shipment from the OGI:
Office of Global Initiatives provides an express mailing service to students and scholars via eShipGlobal. This service allows you to request your document(s) be mailed to you from the OGI via FedEx.
Please follow the instructions provided below to create your (free) eShipGlobal account and to create your shipment.

Go to https://study.eshipglobal.com/register/ to create a free eShipGlobal (“UEMS”) student/scholar account.

Activate your account by clicking the link sent to your email and follow the prompts.
After you receive an email from OGI saying your I-20 is ready:

Log in to your account through https://study.eshipglobal.com/ (Student/Scholar Login on top of the page)

Click “RECEIVE DOCUMENTS FROM UNIVERSITY”.

Enter and select “New Jersey Institute of Technology” in the university search box.

Select “Office of Global Initiatives” from the list of departments provided.

Confirm, or update, your shipment delivery address and contact information.

Select the shipping service of your choice (you can only select FedEx service at this time).

Select your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Wire Transfer, or PayPal) and confirm your payment information. Your credit card will be charged after you complete this transaction.
Once your payment has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, and your request and shipping information will be sent to the OGI. Once the OGI has processed and shipped your document, you will automatically receive an email notification from eShipGlobal to confirm that your package is in transit along with your tracking information.
You may also track or check the current status of your shipment at any time (real-time tracking information is available 24/7) by logging into your eShipGlobal account, downloading the UEMS app (iOS and Google), or by contacting eShipGlobal Customer Service.

The OGI cannot answer any questions about your shipping label or tracking of your packet. Please contact eShipGlobal’s Customer Service directly regarding all questions, or if assistance is required.
