September 15, 2026 Office of the Provost notifies faculty member of their Third Year Review and shares the link to the Google Drive folder
January 26, 2027 Faculty member finalizes dossier in Google Drive for submission to the Department/Academic Unit P&T Committee
January 28, 2027 Office of the Provost removes the faculty member from the Google Drive and shares the dossier with the Department/Academic Unit P&T Committee 
February 18, 2027 Department/Academic Unit P&T Committee uploads Third Year Review Form and Recommendation Letter to the Google Drive
February 19, 2027 Office of the Provost grants Department Chairperson access to Google Drive containing dossier, Third Year Review Form, and Recommendation Letter
March 2, 2027 Department Chairperson shares the P&T Committee Recommendation Letter with the Faculty member and has them sign the Acknowledgment Form, and uploads their Chairperson Recommendation and both forms
March 2, 2027 If the faculty member is recommended for non-reappointment, the Chairperson notifies them by March 2, 2027 and informs them that they have until March 12, 2027 to submit a written appeal
March 5, 2027 Office of the Provost shares dossier, Third Year Review Form, Acknowledgment Form, Department/Academic Unit P&T Committee Recommendation and Chair's Recommendation with the Dean
March 12, 2027 Deadline for faculty who were recommended for non-reappointment to submit their appeal
March, 19 2027 In response to the appeal, the Department/Academic Unit P&T Committee either uploads their recommendation to reappoint or shares a recommendation for non-reappointment with the Chairperson
March 24, 2027 In case of a recommendation for non-reappointment, the Chairperson uploads the vote, written statement with reasoning, and the faculty member's appeal for the Dean's review 
March 31, 2027 Dean uploads their Recommendation to the Google Drive
April 15, 2027 Provost reviews dossier, Third Year Review Form, Acknowledgment Form, and all Recommendations (and appeal documents, if applicable) 
June 30, 2027 Office of the Provost issues all Reappointment Letters and Terminal Appointment Letters
