The Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing provides editorial and publications management services for print and web materials targeted to the university's external audiences, including alumni, prospective undergraduate and graduate students; the national higher education, research and professional communities; and New Jersey business and government leaders. Ongoing publications projects include NJIT Magazine, the President's Annual Report, materials supporting fundraising, and marketing materials used in student recruitment.
To initiate a new project, begin by submitting a Marketing Communications Request Form to the Executive Director of Publications and Creative Services, Fenster Hall, Room 440.
For publicity of any kind, use the publicity/photo releases below and obtain the required signature from the individual subject or, in the case of a minor, the signature of his or her parent or guardian. We cannot use photos of people or names for which we do not have signed releases.
