If you experience any problems, please reply to the automated email that the system sends to you, or contact the mailroom directly.
If the package you receive is not yours, please return it to the NJIT mailroom for proper delivery.
Damaged Packages:
Recipients should inspect their packages at the time of pickup at the lockers (or mailroom).
Take clear pictures of the damage before opening the package (including the barcode).
Upon opening, if the contents are indeed damaged, take clear pictures of that damage as well.
Contact the shipper to report the damage, as they will coordinate any inquiries with the shipper’s carrier. If documented well, the recipient may have the opportunity to receive compensation from the shipper or their contracted carrier.

The mailroom or NJIT is not responsible for damages to packages or their content before arriving at the mailroom.
