Below is a sample email that resident students will receive from the package locker system when they have a package that is ready to be retrieved.

To gain access to your packages from locker, enter your access code 12345 or scan your QR code.

You must retrieve your package(s) from the Campus Center Lockers within 7 days of this email’s date. Building hours are typically Monday thru Friday (7:00am to 10:00pm) and Saturday / Sunday (8:00am to 8:00pm). Building hours will vary during breaks and holidays. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the NJIT mailroom. Packages returned to the NJIT mailroom will be returned to the sender if not collected within 30 days.

Helpful hint: At the Locker, you can scan the QR code within this email directly from your phone. For best results, turn the brightness all the way up and make sure that the entire QR code is visible (sized to about 1 inch by 1 inch). Hold your phone about 6 inches from the locker's QR code scanner. Upon a valid read, the appropriate locker door will open. Please close the locker after you remove your package.
