Essay
Senior Leader Legacy Award: summarize what you have learned as a leader, the legacy that you have left at NJIT, and how you encapsulate the spirit of the Leadership Legacy award.
Community Spirit Award: summarize your service activities with the organization(s) and describe how your involvement made a meaningful contribution toward the community members who will be directly impacted by your service.
HighLEADER Award: summarize the leadership role(s) you have performed on campus and how your leadership has influenced change toward a program, event, or other initiatives in the organization. Additionally, explain the need, your solution and how your programming will be sustainable.
