NJIT understands that period poverty, the lack of access to menstrual products, can negatively impact student well-being, class attendance, and participation. To help address this issue, NJIT now offers free period products across campus.
Launched in Spring 2023, this initiative was made possible through the support of the Student Senate, Graduate Student Association, and the Offices of the Dean of Students and Student Life.
