11-12 pm	Hot Topic Discussions: Active Learning and Academic Integrity in a Socially-Distant or Remote Classroom: In this session, participants will get to choose between two moderated discussions: Active Learning in a Socially-Distant Hybrid or Remote Classroom Academic Integrity in a Socially-Distant Hybrid or Remote Classroom Facilitated by Ashish Borgaonkar and Jaskirat Sodhi

1-2 pm	Online Exam Proctoring Options: This session is taken from the Summer 2020 training series. When authentic assessment is not an option, online exams can be proctored in one of four ways: Respondus Monitor and Lockdown Browser, ProctorU Review+, ProctorU Live, and Webex. This session will provide an overview of each option. Presented by Cassie Sardo

2-2:30	Using Rubrics in Canvas: This session will explain how to set up the rubric feature in the Canvas Assignment tool, benefits of using this tool, and showcase how one instructor was able to use it in his IS course. Presented by Art Hendela

Part 1
10-11 am	How to Use the Converged Learning Classroom Technology: This session is taken from the Summer 2020 training series. This session will help faculty become familiar with the classroom technology used for converged learning, including what they can expect in the room, and what the students (remote and in person) will be able to see and hear. Topics will include Cisco rooms, OWL devices, and basic logistics of the technology. Presented by Blake Haggerty and Jesse House
Part 2
11-12 pm	How to Engage Students in Converged and Remote Modes: This session is taken from the Summer 2020 training series. Building on Converged Learning Classroom Technology, this session will provide a series of scenario-based strategies for engaging students during converged learning classes. Topics will include group discussions, in-class activities, and student presentations. Presented by Nikki Bosca

1-2 pm	Humanize Your Online Course with VoiceThread: Creating engaging online courses is not easy. In many discussion-board based courses, students feel isolated and disconnected from their instructors and classmates. VoiceThread bridges the gaps in social presence typically found in online courses. In this workshop, educators will learn how to establish a social presence and connect with their students using VoiceThread to improve course satisfaction and student learning. We will cover all of the basic VoiceThread features, show how everything works in your LMS, showcase a variety of examples from real courses, and have an open Q&A throughout the session.
