NJIT is committed to protecting the university community, the rights of its members, and to cultivating and sustaining a positive living and learning environment free from discrimination and harassment for all students and employees. Thus, NJIT does not discriminate on the basis of sex or gender in its educational programs and activities and does not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of sex or gender.
