The Department of Institutional Access provides oversight for the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services (OARS) and ensures the university’s compliance with institutional policies, state and federal laws that prohibit discrimination based on protected classes including but not limited to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or veteran status in all employment practices, educational programs, and activities.  This includes but is not limited to: Title IX, Title VI, Title VII and NJLAD, and ADA/Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
